Help requests during a booking
If you have a concern during an active booking, you can raise a Help Request directly from the booking detail page. This is the fastest way to flag an issue to our team — see the Raising a Help Request article for details.

If you need hands-on help with your account, bookings, or payments, contact our support team through the Support link in your Account dropdown.

For emergencies
If there is an emergency during an active booking:
1. Raise a Help Request from the booking page if possible.
2. Contact the provider directly via their mobile number (found in the booking details).
3. If your pet needs urgent medical attention, take them to the nearest emergency vet.
4. Your pet's profile has vet clinic details that any carer can access.
