Updating Your Provider Profile

How to edit your profile details, services, and provider types.

Updating Your Provider Profile

Keep your profile up to date so pet parents and our team have the latest information.

How to update

  1. Click Account in the navigation bar.
  2. Select Provider Profile.
  3. Click Edit Profile.
  4. Make your changes and click Save Changes.

What you can update

  • Personal details (address, phone number, emergency contacts)
  • Skills and interests
  • Pet comfort settings
  • Medical training flags
  • Travel range

Some settings are managed separately:
- Provider types — set during onboarding. Contact support to change.
- Booking types and services — configured on the My Pricing page.

Profile revisions

When you save changes to your profile, they are submitted as a revision for our team to review. This ensures your profile information is accurate and verified. You'll be notified once your changes are approved.

Going inactive

If you need a break, contact our team to set your profile to inactive. This removes you from available providers without deleting your profile.
